About Community 2 ME Network

Community 2 ME Network is a non-profit organization focused on serving the community.  Our mission is rooted in holistic transformation: to develop the community—its people and its places—for self-sustainability, economic sustainability, and environmental sustainability.

The Community 2 ME Network was born out of a grassroots commitment to uplift underserved neighborhoods and bridge long-standing gaps in opportunity, access, and economic mobility.  We have gradually evolved into a comprehensive organization aimed at transforming both people and places. Rooted in the belief that communities thrive when residents are equipped with knowledge, support, and pathways to advancement; we focus on listening to the voices of community members, understanding their needs, and delivering direct support to families, seniors, and youth.

This led to the development of the Michigan Technology and Trades Institute (MTTI), the organization’s training arm dedicated to equipping adults and youth with skills for high-demand careers in pre-apprenticeship, apprenticeship, and energy efficiency.

We address education outreach, workforce development, and environmental sustainability for adults, youth, and seniors, all grounded in the mission to create self-sustaining, economically stable, and environmentally conscious communities.
